Multi-Point Inspection Checklist

Spoor’s Heating & Air Conditioning is proud to offer outstanding air conditioner inspection and maintenance service. To provide this, our technicians methodically go through a multi-point checklist during every maintenance appointment, ensuring the entire unit is checked inside and out. Everything begins when our technicians speak with you to find out if you have any concerns or questions about the air conditioner. From there, we begin working on the multi-point checklist which includes:

  • Visually inspect the unit for damage;
  • Check & tighten electrical connections;
  • Test voltage and amp draw of the blower motor, compressor, and condenser fan motor;
  • Check the thermostat location, mount & setting;
  • Look over ductwork for damage and/or leaky connections; and
  • Examine the discharge and suction pressure of the unit's refrigerant levels.
